Our 4-Step Verification Process
1. Employer Verification
We verify company details, business registration, and contact information. We check that the employer is a legitimate business with a real online presence.
2. Manual Review
A real person on our team reads every job posting word-by-word, checking for red flags like vague descriptions, unrealistic pay, or requests for upfront payments.
3. Quality Standards
We ensure job descriptions are clear, pay rates are transparent and fair, work expectations are reasonable for students, and schedules are truly flexible.
4. Ongoing Monitoring
We actively track employer behavior, review student feedback, and remove any listings that raise concerns. Bad actors are permanently banned from our platform.

Legitimate employers never ask applicants to pay fees
Vague or missing job descriptions
Real jobs have clear responsibilities and expectations

How You Can Stay Safe
Research the Employer
Even though we verify employers, do your own research. Check their website, read reviews, and look them up online before accepting an offer.
Never Pay to Apply
If an employer asks you to pay for training materials, background checks, or equipment before you start, it's a scam. Report it immediately.
Keep Communications on Platform
Legitimate employers won't rush you off-platform to WhatsApp, Telegram, or text. Keeping conversations on StudentJobs helps us monitor for issues.
Trust Your Instincts
If something feels off—pressure to decide quickly, vague answers to questions, too-good-to-be-true offers—trust your gut and walk away.
